UPDATED January 12, 2006 OUR SELECTION OF FIRST CLASS LEISURE , TOURS AND LIMOUSINES IN PRAGUE: LIMOUSINE
CAR SPIRITKA (LCS): In term of public transportation, Prague tends Stretched Cadillac like the one we used could easily accommodate six peoples. This was like a mobile office, with Motorola transmitters, Eurotel cellular telephone on special request, bar, VDO, HiFi stereo, and whatever you may need for your extreme comfort. LCS owns many different cars. Apart from the CADILLAC BROUGHAM, which we recommend you indeed, they also get top comfortable and exclusive CADILLAC FLEETWOOD. The favourite of show business. Just like the Brougham, this is a stretched limo, with a partition between the driver and the passengers travelling in what we could call a "private lounge". Cheaper alternative is the BUICK PARK AVENUE, the FORD TAURUS. Even if it doesn't look as prestigious as these most distinguished cars, LCS also operates extraordinary US made FORD vans. They call them "LIMO VANS", and such a name fits quite well these mobile saloons, which can easily accommodate six peoples. They are equipped like the CADILLAC. If you feel classical, don't worry: they also get in their huge garage the MERCEDES CLASS S you are looking for… By the way, let's talk about money. List of PRICES shows that renting a limousine in Czech Republic is affordable. This is even interesting and good value when travelling with business partners, or with your family. Prices are negotiable for a long term rental. When it comes to visit the Czech Republic, the limo becomes very good value: as the driver is also a guide who will show you around his country. If you are actually a top VIP,
note that LCS also provides body guards who will take care of you during
your all stay in the Czech Republic.
PRAGUE WALKS:
Discovering Prague with insiders eyes: this not only possible, but While the "PRAGUE CASTLE INTERIORS", "LESSER TOWN & HRADCANY" and "OLD TOWN & JEWISH QUARTER THROUGH CENTURIES" walks will show a non conventional way the most precious and therefore tourists packed parts of the city, the bohemian "OLD TOWN PUB WALK" and "ZIZKOV PUB WALK" will drive the curious travellers away from the crowds. Sharing the picturesque company of local people for a good pint of 12 degrees beer, among the heavy clouds of Petra cigarettes, they will taste and breathe the air of Prague. Few tourists would come back from the Czech Republic with such an experience in mind. Humour comes with the popular "GHOST TOUR". A night walk through the oldest, hidden alleys and passageways of the Old Town is the perfect opportunity to tell chilled visitors frightening stories about Prague worst spirits and bloodiest criminals: the priest and the prostitute, the mad barber with his sharpened blade, and the chopped heads of Czech gentry are parts of the favourite. Back to culture, though remaining in mystery, you will be told every detail about Emperors Rudolph II´s passion for the occult and alchemy. May be Kafka´s ghost should touch your shoulder at some street corner... This walk is still a favourite since PRAGUE WALKS was founded in the early 90's. Another best seller we enjoyed very much is the "VELVET REVOLUTION WALK". It shows those still many places in Prague commemorating an infamous recent history: it goes from the cell where playwright and present Czech President Vaclav Havel had been jailed, till the spot where the Velvet Revolution started in 1989. The highlight of the visit is a drink in a famous dissident pub, with a constructive discussion with a guide who saw most of revolutionary events with his own eyes. All tours are cheap: CZK 250 for adults, and CZK 180 for students. Four walks bought = one walk free of charge. Groups will receive interesting discount. There is no need to book: just turn up 5 minutes beforehand to the meeting place. Note, last but not least, that great trips out of Prague can be organized, to see the deepest Czech reality and enjoy splendid landscapes. This first, and therefore best, company of this type in Prague is much recommended to those who don't only get a guidebook in their mind. PRAGUE WALKS:
